Any industrial sector uses materials, the life cycle of which can cover a few years (cell phones) or a few centuries (buildings).
TECHNOFI supports its clients in the preparation, validation and management of innovative development projects in four areas :
| CleanProd: Observing, Linking, Coordinating and ConsoLidating RTD actions in Europe in order to support effective and efficient innovAtion on sustaiNable PRODuction processes with the use of innovative technologies | 2006-2008 |
| CETIM : Key Technologies for Mechanics 2010 | 2006 |
| AMOS: Large telescopes | 2007-2008 |
| ASTRON FIAMM SAFETY: Nano materials for OLED | 2009-2010 |
| CIMATEC: NanoMaterials | 2008-2009 |
| CSTB: Sustainable constructions | 2008-2009 |
| WAEGA: Materials for car batteries | 2009-2010 |
| GREENCONSERVE: Greening the construction sector towards a value adding service industry | EC 2009-2012 |
| REMAKE: Recycling and Resource Efficiency driving innovation in European Manufacturing SMEs | EC 2009-2012 |
| Resource efficiency case studies published The REMake project is showcasing how SMEs can be more profitable by simply using less resources. New case studies have been published demonstrating the successful application of eco-innovation in the manufacturing industry across Europe. The three key areas of innovation targeted are process efficiency, product design and value chain optimisation. These case studies illustrate the real benefits of providing targeted innovation support to improve cost benefits while being more resource efficient. (http://ecomanufacturing.eu/1796.html) |
